What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
Print Business School runs this website. If you have a question about your data, email help@printbusinessschool.com.
2. What we collect when you join the waitlist
- • Your email address.
- • Your first name, if you give it.
- • The time you ticked the box agreeing to receive our emails.
- • How you found us, when your link carries it: campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium and similar) and the page that sent you here.
- • A one-way hash of your IP address. We use it only to limit repeated submissions of the form, it is not linked to your waitlist record, and we delete it within two hours of your last submission.
3. What we collect when you browse
Our own page-view analytics records the pages you visit, how long they are open, the page that sent you here, campaign tags, and your browser and device type. It does not record your IP address or your location. A random visitor ID in your browser’s storage lets us tell repeat visits apart. Our Cookie Policy has the details.
4. How we use it
- • To send you a welcome email, updates about Papers to Profits, and the email that tells you enrollment is open.
- • To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site.
- • To stop spam and abuse of the waitlist form.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Who processes it for us
- • Supabase hosts our database, in the EU region.
- • Postmark delivers our emails. Our emails carry no tracking pixel, and their links are not rewritten to count clicks.
- • Vercel hosts the website and counts visits without cookies.
Each of them handles your data only to provide their service to us.
6. Unsubscribing
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop emailing you. We keep your email address marked as unsubscribed so you are not added back by mistake; if you would rather we delete it, see below.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email help@printbusinessschool.com or follow the steps on our data deletion page.
8. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we will delete their details.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page. If a change affects how we use your email address, we will tell the waitlist by email first.
